Commercial Banking Professional

As a Commercial Banker III at Seacoast Bank, you will be responsible for setting business development strategy and executing sales production efforts to acquire new commercial business within the market area. This role requires collaboration between multiple bank groups, including Treasury Management, Wealth Management, and Consumer Banking, as well as internal support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the quality, profitability, and growth of business and consumer products through appropriate pricing and fees.
- Demonstrate effective sales strategies to attract, expand, and retain customer relationships.
- Apply need-based sales techniques to attract, expand, and retain customer relationships by identifying products and services to enhance the customer relationship with the bank.
- Set business development strategy for assigned market; identify opportunities and make sales calls to existing clients and prospects.
Requirements:
- 4-year college degree, BA in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related major, required or 6 years of comparable experience.
- Ten or more years of proven success in Commercial Banking.
- Ability to analyze markets, identify prospects, develop, and execute consultative, value-added sales techniques and strategies.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year.
