Position Summary
As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for addressing and managing guest repair requests efficiently. You will engage with guests to resolve maintenance concerns and perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper lubrication. Your role will involve visually inspecting machinery and tools, as well as identifying and operating all necessary shut-off valves.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and requisition parts as necessary.
2. Document information for any outstanding service requests prior to shift changes.
3. Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security, reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
4. Ensure that your appearance is professional and that confidentiality of proprietary information is maintained.
5. Provide exceptional service to all guests, anticipating their needs and addressing any concerns with genuine appreciation.
6. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team objectives and responding appropriately to the concerns of others.
7. Communicate effectively using clear and professional language.
8. Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications
Education:
Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.

Experience:
A minimum of 2 years in a related field.

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience required.

Licenses or Certifications:
None required.
