Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, with a focus on pelvic health. The successful candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities.
  • Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers on physical therapy techniques and modalities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Current state Physical Therapist license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Basic Computer skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Clinical background experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.

Work Environment

This position is located in American Fork and Saratoga Springs clinics. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, providing physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions.
