Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of the activity program and plan special events that promote resident engagement and well-being.
  • Ensure that the spiritual, emotional, and psycho-social needs of residents are met on an individual basis.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide support and guidance to residents in achieving their recovery goals.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in providing activities or group treatment is preferred.
  • Prior experience in mental health is preferred.
