Behavior Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans and providing one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:- Implement behavior intervention plans and treatment protocols developed by the supervising BCBA or licensed psychologist.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities, following the principles of ABA.
- Collect and record data on client's progress and behavior using designated methods and tools.
- Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and skill assessments as directed by the supervising professional.
- Collaborate with the BCBA or supervising professional to modify treatment plans based on individual progress and needs.
- Maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with clients, families, and other team members.
- Attend regular supervision meetings with the BCBA or supervising professional to discuss client progress and receive feedback.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and interventions.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of ABA.
- Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required; additional education or coursework in psychology, special education, or related field.
- Must have ABA or behavioral management experience to be considered.
- Please provide 3 professional references, one of which being a current or former supervisor, in order to be considered for this position.
- Prior school experience is required.
- 15-minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter.
- 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district.
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview.
As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
