About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at E.A. Sween. As a key member of our organization, you will provide expert-level insight and analysis on the processes and technology that support our core business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to improve business processes and technology.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level management and business partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Design and implement business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and visibility into business performance.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of business analyst experience supporting an enterprise environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of finance and accounting, human resource, and sales and customer relations management processes and systems.
  • Expertise in delivering solutions based on IT best practices, methodologies, and governance.
  • Experience with JDE EnterpriseOne modules version 9.1 or later.
  • Strong experience in co-leading small to large projects from concept to implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with food manufacturing capabilities.
  • General knowledge of supply chain, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics/transportation.
  • Experience with JDE EnterpriseOne edge applications like business intelligence, EDI, insight, RF Smart, barcode label printing, and CPM.
  • SQL experience with JDE EnterpriseOne tables.
