About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at E.A. Sween. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing expert-level insight and analysis on our business processes and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior-level management on process improvements and technology implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
  • Assist in mentoring and growing future Business Analysts within our technology team.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of business analyst experience supporting an enterprise environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Finance and Accounting, Human Resource, and Sales and Customer Relations Management (CRM) processes and systems.
  • Expertise in delivering solutions based on IT best practices, methodologies, and governance.
  • Strong experience in co-leading small to large projects from concept to implementation.
  • Proficiency using Office 365 applications, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • JDE EnterpriseOne modules version 9.1 or later.
  • Experience with Food Manufacturing capabilities.
  • General knowledge of Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, and Logistics/Transportation.
