About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at E.A. Sween Company. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing expert-level insight and analysis on business processes and technology to support our core business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior-level management on process improvements and technology implementations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, including Finance and Accounting, Sales and Customer Relations, and Human Resource areas.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify business needs and requirements, and develop solutions to address these needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business intelligence solutions, including KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business process improvements.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in finance and accounting, human resources, and sales and customer relations.
  • Advanced knowledge of business intelligence tools and technologies, including JDE EnterpriseOne.
  • Proven track record of delivering solutions that drive business value and improve process efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
