Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at E.A. Sween Company. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing expert-level insight and analysis on the processes and technology that support our core business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level analysis and recommendations to senior-level management on process improvements and technology implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify business needs and requirements.
  • Mentor and grow future Business Analysts within our technology team.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of business analyst experience supporting an enterprise environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Finance and Accounting, Human Resource, and Sales and Customer Relations Management (CRM) processes and systems.
  • Expertise in delivering solutions based on IT best practices, methodologies, and governance.
  • Strong experience in co-leading small to large projects from concept to implementation.
  • Strong experience in conducting root cause analysis to assist in identifying business needs/requirements.
  • Experience in assisting with the understanding and development of business intelligence KPI, reports, and Dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • JDE EnterpriseOne modules version 9.1 or later.
  • Strongly prefer experience with Food Manufacturing capabilities.
  • General knowledge of Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, and Logistics/Transportation.
  • Experience with JDE EnterpriseOne edge applications like Business Intelligence, EDI, Insight, RF Smart, Barcode Label printing, and CPM.
  • SQL experience with JDE EnterpriseOne tables.
  • General knowledge of the JD E1 database structure and how the applications use the database.
  • Experience with MS Access, MS Visio, MS Project, and MS SharePoint.
  • Experience in business process automation & machine integrations.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related area from four-year accredited college.
  • Experience using 6Sigma or similar tools to derive root cause and solution needs.
What to Expect:
  • Work in an office/desk position using a computer and telephone.
  • Repetitive use of hands and fingers.
  • Ability to view a computer screen for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects at one time, handle deadlines, confidential information, and interruptions in the work process.
  • Must be able to work well with various levels of employees and diverse cultures.
  • Occasional evenings and weekend work to meet deadlines.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and move objects up to 15 pounds.
  • This position will be in a hybrid (3 days in office, 2 day WFH) working environment with the corporate office being based in Eden Prairie, MN.
  • Travel may be required up to 25% to other facilities within the United States. Some overnight travel may be expected.
