Regional Personal Care Director

At CommonSail Investment Group, we're committed to creating exceptional experiences for our residents and their families. As a Regional Personal Care Director, you'll play a vital role in leading our senior living communities to deliver compassionate and competent care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Wellness Department: Directly manage all Wellness Staff to provide high-quality care for residents.
  • Implement Services: Coordinate all services for residents, including admission, quarterly reviews, and changes to service plans.
  • Assess and Evaluate: Assess residents' needs for preventive and restorative programs, and evaluate their progress.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate with pharmacy, dietary, and other departments to ensure accurate medication administration and resident care.
  • Supervise and Train: Supervise and train Wellness Staff, and provide guidance on interpreting criteria standards.
  • Resident Advocacy: Act as a resident advocate with external medical care providers.
Requirements
  • RN License: RN license required in all states listed above or willingness to register in other states as needed.
  • Compassionate Care: Compassionate toward the senior population, especially those with Alzheimer's and dementia.
  • Supervisory Experience: Prior supervisory experience required.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Working Conditions

This position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects.

The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
