We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of clinicians, providing clinical guidance and support, and maintaining an active caseload of clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of clinicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care
  • Conduct case reviews and offer feedback on treatment planning and interventions
  • Manage a caseload of clients, providing therapy and ensuring timely documentation
  • Collaborate with the clinic director to support positive culture building and staff development
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research findings in mental health therapy
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in a mental health discipline
  • Independently licensed with a Nebraska-issued clinical practice license
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications and Electronic Health Record systems
