- Conduct mental health evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Deliver exceptional client service and collaborate with a diverse team to fulfill our mission of addressing community needs.
- Employ innovative therapeutic techniques to assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Prepare and submit detailed documentation for each session as per company guidelines.
- For full-time clinicians, maintain a caseload of at least 25 sessions weekly, allowing for a personalized schedule that accommodates both client and therapist needs.
- Coordinate care with case managers, families, and other professionals as necessary.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
- Engage in additional responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of the team.
- A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution, with progress towards licensure.
- Full clinical licensure (LMHP or LIMHP) is mandatory.
- Experience in conducting diagnostic assessments, creating treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation.
- Specialization in couples and family therapy, with experience in marriage counseling.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Timely completion of documentation and service records.
- Comfortable working with a diverse clientele.
- Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is a plus.
