Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mental health evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and collaborate with a diverse team to fulfill our mission of addressing community needs.
  • Employ innovative therapeutic techniques to assist clients in achieving their goals.
  • Prepare and submit detailed documentation for each session as per company guidelines.
  • For full-time clinicians, maintain a caseload of at least 25 sessions weekly, allowing for a personalized schedule that accommodates both client and therapist needs.
  • Coordinate care with case managers, families, and other professionals as necessary.
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Engage in additional responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution, with progress towards licensure.
  • Full clinical licensure (LMHP or LIMHP) is mandatory.
  • Experience in conducting diagnostic assessments, creating treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation.
  • Specialization in couples and family therapy, with experience in marriage counseling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Timely completion of documentation and service records.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is a plus.
