The Rakuten Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Director, Commercial Data Management to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the company's revenue planning and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage annual and quarterly revenue forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to revenue performance.
  • Prepare and present revenue reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
