Jackson Physician Search is on the lookout for a dedicated physician recruiter to enhance our team. The role of Physician Recruiter/Research Consultant is an engaging sales and recruitment position. We are in search of a dynamic, competitive, and motivated individual who is ready to elevate their recruiting career with Jackson Physician Search.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to perform searches and fulfill physician staffing requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding search progress.
- Meet productivity targets and performance metrics.
- Proactively reach out to physicians to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone interviews with meticulous attention to detail and timely follow-up.
- Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activities.
- Manage and oversee the credentials and availability of physician candidates.
- Utilize creativity to craft compelling job advertisements for open positions.
- Travel as necessary to conduct onsite client assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or recruitment is preferred.
- Exceptional skills in sourcing, cold calling, presentations, and negotiations are essential.
- Confident, energetic, and professional demeanor is required: ability to effectively build relationships with C-suite executives and physician candidates.
- Strong interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship-building skills are crucial.
- Proficient organizational and computer skills are necessary; CRM experience is a plus.
- Stable employment history with verifiable references is required.
