Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
    • Understand clients' staffing needs, objectives, and company culture.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
    • Provide guidance on market trends and salary benchmarks to clients.
    • Participate in corporate events, charitable functions and coordinate client social activities.
    • Address consultant issues, conflicts, or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
  2. Account Growth:
    • Expand existing client accounts by identifying additional staffing opportunities.
    • Cross-sell and upsell staffing services to meet the client's evolving needs.
    • Work closely with recruiting/delivery team to determine priority of job requirements.
  3. Candidate/Consultant Management
    • Submit candidates that meet or exceed client job requirements.
    • Answer questions and provide information to candidates regarding job opportunities and our organization.
    • Coordinate and sponsor consultant lunches and events.
  4. Contract and Agreement Management:
Ensure new hires meet client compliance and contract terms regarding criminal background or Visa status.
  1. Administrative
    • Develop and update job descriptions and enter them into the Applicant Tracking System as needed.
    • Enter sales activity into Salesforce CRM
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in the staffing/recruitment industry as a Recruiter, Account Manager or Outside Salesperson.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Technical Skills:
  • Technically savvy with strong PC skills
  • Proficient using MS Word, Excel and Teams
  • Experience using an HR or Contract Staffing Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management software experience
