Field Service Client Administrator

Welcome to Aventiv Technologies, where we're dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Field Service Client Administrator, you'll play a critical role in developing trusted advisor relationships with facility staff members and ensuring seamless day-to-day services and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with facility staff members, account management, and other Securus personnel.
- Research and resolve issues reported by agency staff members, escalating to the appropriate department as needed.
- Communicate client requests and issues to facilitate resolution and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Monitor and track tickets, advising customers and Securus personnel of service-affecting issues.
- Collaborate with account management to maintain partnerships and regular communication.
- Perform basic technical support functions, including password resets, user setup, and product training.
- Travel to neighboring facilities within an assigned region, sometimes with minimal lead time.
- Assist in the maintenance of computer hardware, software, and equipment, providing troubleshooting results.
- Oversee the rollout of services for newly acquired clients, ensuring alignment of both parties' interests.
- Manage and maintain assigned company inventories and assets, distributing tablets and accessories as needed.
- Collect and track customer statistics and trends to inform future account behavior and opportunities.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Ability to travel from facility to facility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new technology.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- $19.00-$21.65/hour (depending on experience).
