Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and other relevant data.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the AHA (if applicable).
  • One year of recent experience in a critical care setting (ICU, CCU, or ED).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
