Job Title: Client Care Coordinator

At SkinSpirit, we're seeking a highly skilled Client Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care and customer service, managing appointments, and promoting our clinic's services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent client care and customer service
  • Manage appointments, including scheduling, moving, and canceling
  • Actively promote the clinic, treatments, services, and products
  • Accurately complete client transactions
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or GED required; AA preferred
  • At least 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize with a consistently high level of accuracy

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Occasionally stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch or crawl, talk and hear

Pay Range: $ per hour* (plus bonus potential)

*Base pay will be determined based on candidate experience, clinic size, clinic location, and market.
