Position Overview

PNC is a leading financial services organization that values its people as its greatest differentiator and competitive advantage. As a Branch Sales and Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. This role is based in a retail branch banking network, where you will engage with customers, develop referral opportunities, and leverage ecosystem partnerships to grow customer share of wallet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a unique customer experience that improves financial wellbeing and creates loyalty, while increasing share of wallet.
  • Participate in proactive sales and service activities, identifying referral opportunities and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, using a defined sales process to elevate client loyalty.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty.
  • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
