Job Overview

As a New Account Administrator at CPI Security, you will be instrumental in the assessment and analysis of sales for both new and existing clients. Your key responsibilities will involve evaluating the documentation provided in contracts, quotes, credit assessments, homeownership records, and other relevant materials to facilitate sales approvals. This position demands a meticulous attention to detail, robust analytical capabilities, and effective communication skills to collaborate with various team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding process of customer accounts within the CPI systems.
  • Ensure adherence to CPI policies, consistently applying them in relation to Underwriting and Sales Requirements.
  • Maintain exceptional accuracy and efficiency in data verification within monitoring systems to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all internal CPI policies, applying them consistently in the evaluation and judgment of sales approvals and denials.
  • Assist in resolving underwriting-related issues.
  • Manage underwriting and new sale queues within strict deadlines.
  • Effectively communicate underwriting decisions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Review escalated credit assessments to provide guidance on sales requirements.
  • Timely review of submitted approval items to ensure successful activation.
  • Possess a working knowledge of all parts, pricing, and discount information, applying this knowledge to internal and external inquiries.

  • Ability to adapt and learn new policies and procedures as corporate standards evolve.
  • Professionalism and courtesy in handling internal and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge, including current features, specifications, promotions, pricing, and discounts.
  • Proficiency in evaluating credit reports for both residential and commercial clients.
  • Ability to assess homeownership records effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to complete tasks accurately within established timelines.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company positively.
  • Understand and align with the company’s core values, goals, mission, vision, and priorities, continually seeking ways to meet or exceed objectives.

Other Experience Preferred

  • High school diploma required; some college education preferred.
  • Up to two years of previous underwriting experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment preferred.
