Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze nursing center financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action as required.
  • Lead, guide, and direct department heads to ensure effective management and delivery of services.
  • Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to foster positive public relations and partnerships.
  • Create an environment that encourages employee engagement, adherence to our core values, and a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and compassion.
  • Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
