Job SummaryWe're seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Nursing Aide to join our team. As a Hospice Nursing Aide, you'll provide essential care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and promoting their overall well-being.
Responsibilities- Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help patients' family members with basic healthcare routines
- Consult with registered nurses to ensure seamless care coordination
- Recognize patients' needs and maintain good relationships with them
- 1 year of full-time experience in direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility)
- 1 year of experience within the last 5 years in direct client care in a home health or hospice setting
- Valid state driver's license and automobile insurance
- Ability to recognize patients' needs and maintain good relationships with them
