WORK SCHEDULE:
Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is primarily focused on delivering exceptional sales and customer service within the inside Parts sales environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Engage in counter and phone sales activities.
  2. Achieve sales targets and maintain gross profit margins.
  3. Process parts orders in accordance with dealership protocols.
  4. Manage special order parts for the service department.
  5. Address customer inquiries and ensure outstanding customer service.
  6. Keep the workspace organized and safe.
  7. Participate in ongoing OEM training to remain updated on parts changes.
  8. Provide written estimates to customers as necessary.

In addition to the essential functions outlined above, the employee is expected to uphold principles of honesty, integrity, and respect towards all clients and colleagues. A professional appearance and demeanor, along with a positive attitude, are essential. Effective communication with both coworkers and clients is crucial, as is the ability to work with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail. Respect for the work environment and maintaining cleanliness is expected, as well as a proactive approach to learning new skills and assisting coworkers when needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma or GED is required.

This position is primarily situated in a warehouse setting with varying temperature conditions.
