We are currently seeking an experienced IAM Architect to contribute to our client's strategic initiatives.

Position: IAM Architect
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 6 months with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:
The IAM Architect will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Adhering to the architectural framework, encompassing Service Design, Build, and Transition phases for new projects, including phase gate reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of current and emerging Identity and Access Management technologies and standards relevant to the support of the infrastructure.
  • Taking ownership of the Identity and Access Management Infrastructure, overseeing project delivery and security management.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to technical teams, addressing all issues related to service design, implementation, and support of IAM infrastructure.
  • Staying informed about regional application and infrastructure projects to ensure effective availability and consistency across global operations.
  • Collecting project and application requirements from stakeholders and clients.
  • Assisting in the definition of implementation roadmaps and support management infrastructure.
  • Developing and documenting scripts necessary for various Identity synchronization solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance of third-party solutions with company standards.
  • Delivering accurate and comprehensive status updates to senior management and staff.
  • Leading technology pilots to assess emerging technologies in alignment with business requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Acting as an internal consultant across IT departments regarding Identity and Access Management.
  • Complying with existing Change and Problem management policies and procedures.
  • Participating in a global support model, organizing projects, tasks, and support initiatives as assigned.
  • Engaging in governance committees to formulate policies and procedures for IAM systems and services.
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures for the overall IAM program.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management within large-scale, global environments, supporting over 20,000 users.
  • Proficiency in Okta Identity Management Solutions or equivalent industry solutions.
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management solutions.
  • Knowledge of role-based access implementation.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server 2012 and later versions, along with Microsoft client operating systems.
  • Expertise in Active Directory and related support tools.
  • Proficient in network protocols such as LDAP, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, and TCP/IP.
  • Experience with Office 365 integration, including Azure AD and AD Connect.
  • Strong scripting skills in VBScript and PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of multi-factor authentication and other advanced authentication platforms.
  • Understanding of security principles related to Public Key Infrastructure, including Active Directory Certificate Services.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory Group Policy Objects.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and global experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • Ability to build and maintain high levels of client trust and confidence.
  • A proven track record in delivering large, complex IAM projects.
  • Experience applying problem-solving methodologies to address challenging issues.
