Customer Experience Liaison

At ALIGN PRECISION - TEMPE, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Analyze and review contractual terms to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG, LONG-LASTING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS through effective communication and negotiation.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue growth.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts to drive long-term success.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
- CLEARLY COMMUNICATE PROGRESS OF MONTHLY/QUARTERLY INITIATIVES to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to meet sales quotas.
- FORECAST AND TRACK KEY ACCOUNT METRICS, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on account status.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow new business opportunities.
- Prior experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including profit margins, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Proven experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Skilled in delivering client-focused solutions that meet client needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work well with others and maintain a level head in high-pressure situations.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
