At ALIGN PRECISION - TEMPE, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Analyze and review contractual terms to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG, LONG-LASTING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue growth.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts to drive long-term success.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • CLEARLY COMMUNICATE PROGRESS OF MONTHLY/QUARTERLY INITIATIVES to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to meet sales quotas.
  • FORECAST AND TRACK KEY ACCOUNT METRICS, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow new business opportunities.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Prior experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including profit margins, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Proven experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Skilled in delivering client-focused solutions that meet client needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work well with others and maintain a level head in high-pressure situations.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
