Job Title: EHS Manager

Crucial Link Group is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Job Summary:

The EHS Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies and programs, conducting inspections and investigations, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety policies and programs to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and investigations to identify hazards and take corrective action.
  • Lead a team of 5 specialists/trainers to ensure effective implementation of safety policies and programs.
  • Manage workers' compensation and safety committee activities.
  • Ensure site security and waste management practices are in place.
  • Prepare regulatory and management reports, OSHA logs, incident reports, and training documentation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of environmental, safety, and health standards.
  • Ability to lead a team and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
