Are you prepared to be part of our mission?

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for our Vitality Suite Front Desk Staff as we establish our team. The Vitality Suite operates from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. We are looking for candidates who can commit to working 20-29 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Join a team that is committed to enhancing the well-being of our members.


Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will handle reception duties and ensure that members receive exceptional customer service, which includes welcoming members, addressing their needs, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and assisting with equipment and retail items.

  • Uphold Canyon Ranch service standards by delivering world-class member and guest service.
  • Welcome members with a friendly demeanor, check them in, and coordinate their appointments.
  • Offer members refreshments while they await their services.
  • Perform opening and closing tasks at the reception desk.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles.
  • A willingness to learn processes and operate computer and payment systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience in the medical or wellness industry is advantageous.
