We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the Vitality Suite Front Desk Staff at the Canyon Ranch Wellness Club + Spa in Fort Worth, Texas. The Vitality Suite operates from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. We are looking for candidates who can commit to working 20-29 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities:In this position, you will perform reception duties and deliver exceptional customer service to our members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Upholding Canyon Ranch service standards to provide world-class member and guest experiences.
- Welcoming members with a friendly demeanor, managing check-ins, and scheduling appointments.
- Offering refreshments to members while they await their services.
- Executing opening and closing procedures for the reception desk.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma.
- Previous experience in customer service roles.
- Ability to learn operational processes and utilize computer/payment systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience in the medical or wellness industry is advantageous.
