Position Summary
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the Vitality Suite Front Desk Staff at our Wellness Club + Spa in Fort Worth, Texas. The Vitality Suite operates from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. We are looking for candidates who can commit to working 20-29 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Spa Attendant, your primary duties will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service in line with Canyon Ranch standards.
- Welcoming members with a friendly demeanor, managing check-ins, and scheduling appointments.
- Offering refreshments to members as they await their services.
- Executing opening and closing procedures for the reception area.
Required Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A high school diploma.
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Proficiency in learning operational processes and using computer/payment systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience in the medical or wellness sector is advantageous.
