About ICI Homes

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Superintendent to join our team at Wellen Park in Venice, FL. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the building process, managing subcontractors, controlling costs, and ensuring the highest quality standards for our new home projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the construction process to meet schedules and deadlines
  • Supervise and monitor the work of subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Coordinate on-site construction activity and schedule deliveries of materials
  • Inspect and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve quality control issues
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in a Florida-based residential homebuilder
  • Proven track record of outstanding customer service and performance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Extensive knowledge of Florida Building Codes and Health & Safety Regulations
