Role Overview: As a Client Service Specialist, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, advisors, and colleagues throughout the organization. You will ensure the efficient handling of client paperwork and serve as a dependable point of contact for resolving inquiries and issues. Your ability to combine administrative skills with personalized client interaction will be essential in providing an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, advisors, and team members.
- Engage directly with clients on various requests, including account inquiries and transaction processing.
- Oversee the distribution and management of client documentation.
- Respond to phone inquiries, resolve issues, and provide necessary information.
- Leverage the CRM system for task management, client onboarding, and data updates.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely preparation and submission of client documents.
- Draft client communications as required.
- Assist advisors with scheduling and managing client appointments.
- Confirm client meetings through appropriate channels.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt with a resourceful mindset.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and financial management software is advantageous.
- Consistently demonstrate integrity, initiative, and a friendly attitude.
- A college degree is preferred; recent graduates with relevant degrees and experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience is preferred; experience in financial services is beneficial.
