Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement patient care programs, motivating and inspiring pharmacy support staff to deliver exceptional results
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance
  • Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting
Requirements:
  • Active pharmacy license in the state where you're employed
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
