Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to adults and pediatric patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
