About the Role:

Job Title:
Systems Integration Specialist / Business Systems Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Systems Integration Specialist with a robust background in Business Systems Analysis (BSA) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehend and document research findings and operational processes.
  • Actively engage in various phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Any experience or knowledge related to thesis work is considered advantageous.
  • Collaborate with a 24-hour support team.
  • Perform routine support tasks, including issue research, data correction, and system support, akin to help desk responsibilities.
  • Gather and document requirements effectively.
  • Assist developers in formulating use cases.
  • Conduct data analysis as required.


Technical Proficiencies:
  • Strong comprehension of databases with the ability to write and execute queries.
  • Support software defect tracking and resolution processes.
  • Develop and articulate acceptance criteria for developers.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is essential.
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools such as Splunk or New Relic is advantageous.

Location:
Hybrid Onsite role in Richmond, VA

Compensation:
The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $120,000 annually. Factors influencing pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
