Role Overview
As an Integration Systems Specialist at Moxion Power, you will play a crucial role within the Systems Integration team, ensuring the effective integration of new hardware and software components into our energy storage systems. You will work closely with the Test and Validation team to perform feature testing, identify system-level challenges, and enhance the reliability, performance, and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including R&D, Hardware Engineering, Software Development, and Test and Validation, to create and implement integration testing strategies for new components.
  • Assist in the assembly and installation of new components into energy storage systems, ensuring proper integration and compatibility.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures to validate the functionality and performance of integrated systems, focusing on specific features.
  • Conduct system-level testing to troubleshoot issues related to component integration and overall system behavior.
  • Work with the Test and Validation team to analyze test results, diagnose defects, and contribute to solutions and improvements.
  • Document testing procedures, findings, and integration challenges clearly and systematically for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the Systems Integration team to enhance testing methodologies, tools, and processes for improved efficiency.
  • Evaluate third-party components and technologies for potential integration into energy storage systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in energy storage systems and integration.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of electrical principles, including circuitry and power distribution.
  • Familiarity with energy storage systems and renewable energy technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of software development concepts and programming languages (e.g., Python, C/C++).
  • Proficiency in using testing equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex system-level issues.
  • Effective communication skills for documenting procedures and findings.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience or coursework in systems integration, testing, or validation.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols used in energy storage systems.
  • Exposure to software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with version control systems and issue tracking tools.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
