Job Title: OSHA Certified HR Manager

Fusion Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced OSHA Certified HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's adherence to employment policies and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
  • Develop and implement training and workforce development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Oversee employee disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal prerequisites.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
  • Initiate and facilitate a timely annual performance review process, performing reviews and/or assisting department managers and supervisors as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage safety program initiatives and committees at each facility.
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in quarterly staff meetings and other company events.
  • File documents into appropriate employee files and prepare new-employee files.
  • Develop and implement environmental health and safety (EHS) programs and policies.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on EHS procedures and practices.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of human resource management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Certificate in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety highly preferred.
  • BA or certificate in Human Resources Management is a plus.
  • Must be OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and AED Certification.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems or other ERP software as needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and detailed orientated.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Experience in conducting accident investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to fabricate solutions to complex EHS issues.
  • Proficient in report writing and documentation skills.
