Job Summary

Applied Lacquer Industries Inc is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a pivotal role within the Human Resources department, this position is responsible for overseeing various aspects of HR operations, including talent management, training and development, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, 401K, Learning & Development as well as bi-weekly payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support the organization's strategic goals.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, and develop a comprehensive offboarding process to manage employee departures.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee the bi-weekly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management role, with a focus on employee first culture, talent management, and learning & development.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Additional Requirements: Experience working in a diverse and inclusive work environment, experience in development of leadership training programs and career pathing for employees, ability to adapt to change and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and persuade others, and commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a positive workplace culture.
