Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain in-depth expertise in our enterprise software and solutions.
  • Configure, install, and provide virtual and on-site customer training.
  • Analyze customer requirements and existing environments.
  • Design comprehensive end-to-end solutions tailored to meet specific customer needs using Papyrus products.
  • Deliver compelling presentations of the Papyrus system to both technical and managerial audiences.
  • Execute project management responsibilities.
Your Profile:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project-based roles within an IT organization.
  • Experience working in Cloud, UNIX, and Windows environments.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming languages.
  • Proven ability to write clear reports, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time; international travel may be required.
