We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to lead our Florida-based projects and occasionally travel to lower Georgia. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, time management, organizational, and communication skills.

About the Role:

  • ">
  • As a Working Supervisor, you will be on-site leading and working with a crew of recreational installers handling playgrounds, outdoor fitness equipment, shade structures, and other recreational products.">
  • You will handle project-specific travel, which is determined ahead of time, and work towards closing out projects efficiently while minimizing return trips.">
  • The position entails interfacing with customers, taking ownership of projects to ensure efficiency and profitability, and managing personnel effectively.">

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Take ownership of your projects to bring them to completion on time, under budget, and produce an excellent customer experience.">
  • Consult with stakeholders to ensure projects remain within budget and maintain a daily record of progress for project managers and homeowners.">
  • Ensure high-quality finished products through regular on-site inspections, supervise construction workers, and provide feedback as needed.">
  • Qualifications include excellent leadership, time management, organizational, and communication skills, as well as an active Driver's License and ability to work outside for 10-12 hours a day.">

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
