As a Construction Project Manager Lead, you will oversee construction projects on-site for local customers, managing subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion. You will be responsible for scheduling, quality control, and ensuring compliance with contracted scope of work, site standards, and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in construction management, with a strong understanding of project scope and customer expectations. A bachelor's degree in Project/Construction Management or equivalent work experience is preferred. PMP, DBIA, or LEED certification is a plus.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project/Construction Management or equivalent work experience
  • PMP, DBIA, or LEED certification preferred or ability to obtain within 3 years
  • 3-5 years of construction management experience
  • Strong understanding of project scope and customer expectations
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence others
  • High level knowledge of commercial/contractual complexity and deal structure/financial acumen
