We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in a field superintendent role. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of technology-related construction projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  • Support safety compliance and implement effective safety protocols to minimize risk.
  • Maintain communication with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Analyze project scope definitions and integrations to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
  • Lead trade-to-trade coordination through the shop drawing and submittal process to ensure efficient installation.
  • Provide technical expertise on field installation and safety procedures.
  • Assist in developing schedules for various scopes, including submittals, shop drawings, BIM dates, and mockups.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing coordination efforts between the general contractor and our team in the field for low-voltage scopes.
  • Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in industry events.
  • Engage with local civic organizations and municipalities to establish relationships and promote project involvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and completely in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of project processes and how each supports successful project completion.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team.
  • General knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure and networking.
