Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising a designated group of residents during your shift, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Monitoring, reporting, and documenting any changes in residents' conditions, including physical and behavioral observations.
  • Responding promptly to security alerts and resident calls.
  • Informing supervisors of any residents requiring increased levels of care.
  • Assisting with continence management and maintaining sanitation standards in resident suites and communal restrooms.
  • Serving and collecting meal trays, assisting residents as necessary, and reporting any changes in appetite.
  • Guiding residents to safety during fire emergencies.
  • Completing assigned resident laundry tasks as needed.
  • Ensuring cleanliness in residents' rooms and workspaces.
  • Adhering to hygiene and health standards.
  • Supporting residents in maintaining their independence while promoting dignity and safety.
  • Engaging residents in daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
  • Encouraging participation in life enrichment activities.
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors, family members, and team members as required.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

While we promote ongoing learning and development, there are fundamental requirements for this position, including:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Required certifications and registrations:
    • Nurse's Aide certification is advantageous.
    • Must be at least 18 years old.
    • Completion of a background check is mandatory.
