About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Floor Associate to join our team at Kohl's. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, operate a cash register, and support inventory accuracy. You will also participate in daily service processes and support the training of new hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
  • Operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle different methods of payment
  • Accurately and efficiently execute point of sale and customer service standards
  • Support inventory accuracy through accurate completion of all required point of sale and merchandise disposition practices
  • Support the training process for new hires on the service team
  • Participate in daily service processes

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • No retail experience required
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Client facing retail or service industry experience

Pay starts at $13.00 per hour.
