Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team in McLean, VA. As a Licensed Psychologist at Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing evidence-based treatments and interventions to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices
Requirements
  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Virginia
  • Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
