Job Title: Communication Disorder Professional

**About the Role**

This position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will assess and treat patients with various communication disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and adapting to each individual's unique needs and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient strengths and areas of need
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address specific communication challenges
- Collaborate with the treatment team and physician to ensure consistent care and optimize patient outcomes
- Document all interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in a timely and accurate manner

**Requirements and Qualifications**

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Tennessee
- Basic Life Support certification
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
