Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for Educational Settings

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team at Soliant. This is an exciting opportunity to work under licensed SLP supervision, assisting in therapy services for clients with communication disorders.

As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced SLPs to provide high-quality therapy services to clients in need.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities- Therapy Sessions: Conduct therapy sessions based on SLP-developed plans, utilizing your skills and knowledge to support clients' communication goals.
- Assessment and Documentation: Assist in assessments and document client progress, maintaining accurate records to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with SLPs and other team members to ensure coordinated care and effective communication with clients and families.
- SLPA Certification: SLPA certification or equivalent is required for this role.
- Clinical Experience: Experience in clinical or educational settings is preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
