Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Joseph Jacob Jewelers. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, recommend and display items that match customer needs, and welcome and greet customers.
  • Store Operations: Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, maintain a fully stocked store, and ensure accurate product information.
  • Point of Sale: Manage point-of-sale processes, operate point of sale (POS) and take payment or obtain credit authorization, and provide estimates for jewelry and watch repairs.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work with teammates towards store goals, creating a positive working atmosphere, and supporting each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform business opening and closing procedures, complete case counts, and maintain safety and security of location by following all Loss Prevention and Security policy and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven working experience in retail sales, preferably 5 years in jewelry sales experience.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, proficiency in English, solid communication and interpersonal skills, customer service focus, friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality, and basic administration skills.
  • Education: High school degree.
