Job Title: Sales Account Manager for Analytical Instruments

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the tri-state area, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support and applications specialists, to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, prioritizing and allocating resources to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related Life Sciences discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the life science or pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer needs and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands
