Job Overview

The Personnel Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating personnel operations, providing administrative support to the global workforce, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.

This role involves managing various tasks, including data entry, email management, and document processing. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

The Personnel Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Personnel Director to develop and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

A strong candidate will have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, be a team player with a positive attitude, and be passionate about serving God and others. They will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

Estimated salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate personnel operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
  • Provide administrative support to the global workforce, including data entry and email management
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Manage specific tasks and projects for the Personnel Group or other staff groups
  • Collaborate with the Personnel Director to identify areas for process improvement
