POSITION TITLE: Member Experience Specialist (MES)
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt, Hourly
COMPENSATION: Base rate of $15.00 per hour + $2-$4 per hour commission opportunities for membership and personal training sales

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Member Experience Specialist is tasked with providing an exceptional experience for our members and guests during every visit. A world-class experience includes a warm greeting, prompt resolution of equipment issues, and maintaining a pristine club environment. This is achieved through the meticulous execution of our operational standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Duties: Demonstrates a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest and member experience while adhering to VASA operational standards.
- Commitment to Exceptional Guest and Member Experience: Exhibits a sincere and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and members. Expected to greet guests and members with a smile, maintain eye contact, and use a courteous tone. Proactively anticipates guest and member needs, providing direction, information, and support regarding club amenities, memberships, and products. Continuously seeks to enhance the guest and member experience by relaying feedback to leadership and collaborating with the team to implement improvements.
- Adherence to VASA Operational Standards: Completes daily responsibilities to standard, including guest and member check-in procedures, daily cleaning tasks, restocking, and preventative maintenance as assigned by leadership. Conducts club inspections as directed. Manages cash transactions in accordance with company policies and adheres to safety protocols.
- Accurately records hours worked.
